Since then the institutions is functioning under the guidance of Managing Director with various activities like Housing Industry under the banner Nirman Shelters (B) Pvt Ltd, service oriented Senior Citizen Home under the name and title VLN Prabuddhlaya and Vatsalya, specialized Ayurvedic health care unit titled VLN’s Nisarga Ayurdham with exclusive medications and treatment based on Kottakal Arya vaidya sala- Kerala located in Nisarga Campus, Nirman Temple Trust to look after the management and day-to-day requirements of rituals of temples located in all the residential layouts developed by the company, Cultural activities under the name and title of Anakru Nirman Prathistana established in memory of Anakru to honour every year either a poet or a laureate famed in Kannada literature & also distribution of scholarships for S.S.L.C. and PUC students who scores highest marks and VLN Nirman Purandara Prathistana a registered Trust established with a view to promote Dasa Sahithya literature, Karnatic and other forms of Indian music, spirituality and philosophy.
